Open the app and tap the profile icon. You can sign in with your Apple ID, Google account, or email. Creating an account gives you 3 free scans per week and lets you sync your plant journal across devices.

Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. We'll send a reset link to your email address. If you signed in with Apple or Google, you can use those providers to log back in directly.

Go to Account Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your data, including plants, diagnoses, and credits. You can also email support@theaiplantdoctor.com.

Each AI diagnosis or plant identification uses 1 credit. Free users get 3 credits per week. Premium subscribers get 20 credits per week that auto-refresh. You can also buy credit packs that never expire.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Go to your device's subscription settings, find AI Plant Doctor, and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on Premium subscriptions and credit packs. Contact support@theaiplantdoctor.com with your order details and we'll process your refund.

Our AI achieves 95%+ accuracy on common plant diseases. For best results, take a clear, well-lit photo of the affected area. The AI works best with close-up shots of leaves, stems, or roots.

AI diagnosis is a helpful guide, not a replacement for professional advice. If a result seems off, try taking another photo from a different angle or in better lighting. You can also reach out to us for help.

AI diagnosis and plant identification require an internet connection. However, your plant journal, care reminders, and saved treatment plans are available offline.
