1. Eligibility and Accounts
Users must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and keeping provided information accurate and current.
2. Use of the Service
The Service offers AI-assisted plant health insights and care suggestions for informational purposes only, not as professional horticultural or veterinary advice. You bear responsibility for your own actions based on results.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of submitted photos and plant details. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have rights to the content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You cannot use the Service unlawfully, reverse engineer the software, interfere with operations, or upload harmful code or abusive content.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service is owned by AI Plant Doctor and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
6. Credits and Subscriptions
Credit Packs
Purchased credits never expire and remain account-linked and non-transferable.
Free Monthly Credits
Registered users receive three promotional credits monthly, expiring at month's end.
Premium Subscription
Billed at the rate shown in-app, depositing credits per cycle with rollover of unused credits.
Auto-Renewal
You authorize recurring charges until cancellation, with 24-hour notice before renewal.
Cancellation
Available through app stores or account dashboard; takes effect at billing cycle end.
Refunds
7-day satisfaction guarantee on recent Premium cycles and credit packs through support@theaiplantdoctor.com.

8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the greater of $50 or amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AI Plant Doctor against claims arising from your content, service misuse, or Terms violations.
11. Termination
AI Plant Doctor may suspend access for Terms violations. Sections 5–10 survive termination.
12. Changes to the Service and Terms
Modifications are posted here and communicated in-app; continued use indicates acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of your residence, with remaining provisions enforceable if any provision is found invalid.
